Dear Cecil, I came across this useful website and hope to hear your opinions on my option. I am going to buy Austville Residences and have some queries with regards to fengshui. This property is along Seng Kang Eastand has the river Sungei Pinang and Punggol Park nearby. Initially we wanted to look at the block facing Punggol Park but my bf prefers a pool view, and hence we're lookingat unitsofBlk 15, #17-14, #16-14 or #15-14. Hope you can advise which unit number is more auspicious in general. This is really important. In addition, do you think this stack that I'll be purchasing has good fengshui? as I understand the LRT behind may affect it to a certain extent. I hope to hear from your expert advices on the site.
