Hello I am new to your sit andfind it a tremendous source of information. My questions is that we are considering buying a house where the home's waste wateris routed to an underground reservoir thatis on your land about20 feet from the house. This reservoir gets emptied about 1 time per year. I know this cannot be good, but is there anything Ican do to ensure that this"waste" does not harm us in any way? Or should weconsider buying anotherhome where water waste goes into the city sewer system (rather than your ownpersonal system)? Thank you.
