I have just started learning about Feng Shui and have read in several places that it's bad to have your front door blocked. I live in a 140-year-old farmhouse and the front door is only used to get to the front porch. In the house, directly across from the front door is an enclosed staircase, so its door immediately faces the front door. There is just enough room between the two to open the front or staircase door. Just to the side is a third door, so the three doors form three sides of a box, leading into a room I use as my home office. I can't get rid of the staircase, so what should I do? Diane
