Funeral parlour neighbor

Dear master, a new ground floor neighbor will be moving in to my parents's 2-storey shophouse cum home. My parents are staying above, operating as office in the day and staying in at night. I am worry the bad energy from below floor will affect my parents' health. Please advise. tracey
