Dear Master Lee, For HDB flats that are progressively constructed from now till 2023 (expected completion), will it be considered as period 8 or period 9 house since 2023 is so close to period 9?

Dear Master Lee, I came across your explanation of ubi grove (part 9: Flying Stars Feng Shui ) that west group individuals can choose NW3 units. However, I also came across the table on what consider to be an auspicious house based on the direction of the main door. Does that mean that the NW3 units above are considered inauspicious units?
