Hi Master Cecil, Sorry to hijack the thread as I facing a similar issues of the MRT track problem. I am looking to purchase a Caspian unit with the Master-bedroom, one common-room and the living room facing the MRT track and being on slightly above the MRT track. Can please advise if there is any potential "sha qi" as the train seems to be cutting through the unit. Thanks in advance ! Jit
