Hi Master Lee, 1. looking at the shape of the land is it inauspicious as it has a sharp corner? 2. Also is it true that corner lot houses should be avoided as it has excessive energy flow?

Good day Master Lee, I would appreciate greatly if you can advice if this property is inauspicious. My first impression of this property is that it is on a corner + at the entrance of the cul de sac, and the land has a trapezium shape, which maybe unfavorable in terms of fengshui. Thank you.
