cecil, i have noticed that you mention placing desks against solid walls for support. does that also apply to tables?? such as dining room tables, or end tables for the couch? or just desks. thanks a bunch.

when i move, the only wall that my bed will fit on is the west wall (which is good for me). there are built-in bookshelves on that wall which would be above the bed. what type of remedy would be used for this??

i have read a lot of different feng shui articles, books, etc. why do they differ so much in the use of mirrors, crystals, wind chimes, dead wood versus life wood for the element cure, etc. one said that mirrors and crystals have absolutely nothing to do with feng shui and another said that if the house faces a bad direction for you you could put a pa-kua (spelling???) mirror over the front door to reflect bad forces. can you please clarify all this???

i have noticed that references are made to different colors such as yellow, red, blue, green, etc. purple is my favorite color. what group (east or west life) would that favor?? i read in another spot where red is favorable to me but blue is not. so with purple being red and blue mixed am not sure how to interpret. thanks.

in reading this answer; it is similar to my question. i am a west person. the house i am going to buy faces east. so do i arrange furniture, etc in the house according to my personal good directions and not what east would be?? also, eventually i will be using the back door, (which faces west), a lot more than the front door, so will this help? also, what would be good to put at or near etc the front door to help? thanks.

according to one chart, i am a western person, meaning my good directions are nw,w,sw,and nw. in my house chart, the house faces east. it says my nw sector is bad. how can this be when that is supposed to be one of the good ones?? i am not understanding. thanks for your help. aj

i am in the western life and will be moving into a house that the front door faces east. what can i do to help this? also, what is the best thing to do with your "wealth corner"? i was told that if i would use the back door the most, (which faces west), that i wouldn't have to worry about correcting the front door. please help. thanks. i want my new house to be done right. i do know that when i looked at it, it felt like i was "coming home".
