Dear Sir,

With news of NV Residences to be launch next month, next to the existing Livia Property, would like to seek advise on the feng shui impact of NV Residence on Livia (especially stacks which are adjacent to the NV Residence).

The shape of NV Residence plot is shaped like an hour glass (?), what does this mean in feng shui?
