Main Door in bad sectors

Dear Master Cecil,
I just started to learn Feng Shui 2 weeks ago. It is so interesting to me. I am eager to learn everything. We are going to move into a new house soon. The house is facing North and sitting South. I checked out Eight direction for me and my husband. My husband is a North East person (was born 09/1965) and I am a South West person ( was born 12/1969). Our main entrance is in Spook and Death sectors. I was shake. I do not know what to do?
Question 2 is about Fish Tank. Where should I put it ? Will be good in the excellent and prosperity sectors ? Or other sectors ?
Question 3 is about Wind Chime. I bought a big, nice metal Wind Chime few years ago. I would like to hang it up ? Should I hang it in balcony which is in excellent and prosperity for us ? or I should hang it up in main entrance which is in death and spook sectors ?
Please give me some tips and advises.Thanks a lot.
