The water star and mountain star

Respected Sir,

Thank you a lot for this wonderful forum.

If star 8 is present in North as mountain star with 5, 2 & in SE as water star with star5 & 2, & in west as base star also with 5 And 2, & yearly 8 with water star3,mountain star6,base star9 which area should be considered for enhancing wealth as even little aflow of water in bathroom in SE affects me badly,even star 6 is entangled with yearly 2 in SW,please advice asto what sector should be enhanced for wealth,can ws 1 in Nw be enhanced

If water is placed as cure in south sector with Ms4,Ws7,Bs1 & yearly 9 should all five elements of aqaurium also be used here instead of only water in rectangle pond without any fishes & light& plants

Please advice as we are facing financial crisis & I am confused about the wealth enhancement
