Mole or a small brown patch on center of body back

Hi Master Cecil Lee,

Appreciate if you could provide more details advice on mole or a small brown patch (abt the size of a five cent coin - Not sure whether is it consider a mole ??) on the center of the body back? It is really a burden What kind of burden are you referring ?

Additionally, does it help or neutralise in any case with a person horoscope, in this case wooden monkey ? What could we do to help in improving luck or lighten the burden.
