sitting with back facing colleague, problem!

Hi Shi Fu,

My office layout is half partition cubicles. I am sitting in front of my colleague who is my assistant, ie. my back is facingher. I feel insecure and lack of support and fear being back-stabbed in this sitting arrangement. However as she joined the company before me, and she had been sitting there since she joined, my manager can't change her seating position.

Is there any way to avoid/ overcome this back-stabbing thing by putting some ornaments or plants on my table ?
