how to choose a bedroom?

Hello, I am new in this forum, but I would like to now how to choose the best location for a bedroom in a three bedroom apt. The entrance door to the apt is facing the east and directly into the kitchen/dinner room, bedroom1 is on the right corner of the maindoor; bedroom2 is at the end of the corridoron the left side of the the maindoor. I am a kua 6 and my husband is a kua 1. where should I place the bed and is there anything I could do to make our careers more successful?
