House on cul-de-sac

I understand that the house directly at the end ofa typical circularcul-de-sac, oposite the neck, receives bad qi from on coming traffic. I am getting mixed impressions from my research regarding the other houses on the cds.

Could you post your view on whether the other houses, where they are not directly opposite the neck/oncoming traffic? Do they harvest qi or get bad qi?
