S1 facing house Period 7 or 8?

Question, kua 5 (2male) and kua 4 male moving into a town house with 3 stories, build in period 7 facing S1 (159 degree), with the main door in SE. The house had been vacant for at least 2 years and this month we been doing all interior painting and the fence before we'll move in. So the questions are:
1. Is the house going to become a period 8 house? If not what is going to be the strength of the double 7 red star in the facing palace? Suggesting any cure?
2. Bedrooms being in the back part of the house NW-N for kua 2 and N-NE for the kua 4 and both being artists (hip-hop, song writers and music producers) can we make for them the studio and practice area at the front of the house above the entrance on the second floor (SE-S-SW)?
3. Both being in their early 20's what you advise on regards to the match between carer and the house we choose?
