The Sembawang area in the early twentiethcentury was the site of the Nee Soon Rubber estate. During the colonial times, Sembawang was the home to a huge British naval base. Its construction began in 1928 and was completed in 1938. The base included dockyards, wharvesand workshops, as well as supporting administrative, residential and commercial areas. The Naval Base was handed over to the Singapore government in 1968, and was converted to a commercial dockyard known as Sembawang Shipyard. Today parts of the Sembawang area has developed into the Sembawang New Town where residential commercial and industrial zones mushroomed.

This lady was seeking advice from the shop-keeper. And I heard, she very much took the shop-keeper's advice.. Thus nothing beats "expert" advice.. Which one can no longer find in a convenience stall.…

To me this makes common sense or sound advice! ================================= Avoid Sudden Death at Night Shared by a doctor ... For those who get up at night to check the house or urinate. Each individual must take note of three and a half minutes. Often this happens: a person who still looks healthy has died at night. We often hear stories of people saying: "Yesterday, I was chatting with him, why did he die suddenly? The reason is that when you get up at night to go to the bathroom, it is often done in a hurry. This uncle’s plum Sister had already passed away many years ago. Her stall was then at Tampines Central. Later, when NEX just opened, her daughter (also quite plum) ran a stall at the food-court that is on the upper floors. This elderly uncle indeed ran a stall at Scotts in the 1990's. And has relocated to this food court. Their family stall once upon a time was at Bras Basah Road area. In the past had very Long queues. And has a history that stretched towards 1948!

Located at Anchorvale (near to Tongkang LRT) Started it’s operations around year 2002. Notice it’s first generation signage, also.
