Dear Jolanta, Please see below:- It is best to avoid `fixed' template Feng Shui as it is not based on Traditional Feng Shui. When we consider a toilet, the more important concern is where is it located. Here the location of the toilet is more important: 1. Where possible it should share an external wall. 2. Not be located above the main door 3. Next to the main door. The above are some of the considerations. Thus the concept of the wealth sector at 3/4 wall of the toilet is if one looks closely, a flawed concept. `Fixed' templates is easy to follow but it does not have any merits under Traditional Feng Shui. Can we for sure say that this spot is our Wealth sector, a…

Dear Steven, Please see below:- Here, I am referring to either using the Eight House Theory or for advanced users, their Ba Zhi i.e. if they are a weak water person than, relate it to the location e.g. North = water element (which is not favourable to the weak fire person). For example, where East is the Sickness sector (for a period 7 house). Here, if this sector is considered inauspicious, one could inadvertently bounce back twice the `bad luck'. Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. This is not Feng Shui! I am just sharing a good thing! 2. Please note that through the years the model no. quoted: MK brand S4338 WHI [Year 2019]. In the future the model number may not necessary be identical to this. 2. The major advantage is that this door bell is compact and occupies the same dimensions of a concealed socket. Unlike some other brands that protrude out of the casing. 3. I have asked many clients to consider looking at this flushed-bell for their new units (whenever suitable). 3.1 The bell socket can be found directly above the cavity for the fridge in a past T.O.P. Treasure Crest condo development as the bell housing is just behi…

Dear Rick, 1. Overall, what we are trying to achieve is to increase our luck. 2. Feng Shui focuses on improving our Earth Luck. 3. The Feng Shui of interiors is just one part of our total Earth Luck. 4. For example, the location and building itself can sometimes account for 30 to 50 percent of our Earth Luck. 5. In my opinion, it’s a common mistake to pay excessive attention to just one corner—like decorating a single area—when that corner may represent only 1/8 of the total 8 or 9 sectors typically analyzed. In more detailed studies, this can expand to 24 sectors and beyond. 6. It’s a bit like taking an exam. 6.1 If you’re asked to answer four questions,…

Confidence and Self-Esteem were best friends. They went everywhere together. If Confidence bought a new dress, Self-Esteem bought one just like it. They were very close. One day a new kid came to their school. His name was Peer Pressure. He had a friend called Hateful Words. They decided to give Confidence a hard time. They constantly teased her. They forced her to do terrible things. It was so terrible that Confidence lost Self-Esteem. When Self-Esteem wanted to start dance class, Confidence said they wouldn't be any good. Then one day, Peer Pressure introduced Confidence to Doubt. He wanted to ruin Confidence, but Peer Pressure said he couldn't yet. Self Esteem couldn'…

A Philosophy worth keeping A Nice Philosophy I believe- that we don?t have to change friends if we understand that friends change. I believe- that no matter how good a friend is, they?re going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them for that. I believe- that true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance. I believe- that you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for life. I believe- that you should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the last time you see them. I believe- that we are responsible for our actions, no matter how we justify it. I believe- that regardless of how hot and steamy a rela…

Apparently, these two cutie babies (young children) were left by her mother outside a Video Shop. The video shop was showing a Korean film. And I believe the family are Koreans.. Note: The man in the picture does not belong to the family, as he left afterwards. The mum, around 20 minutes later appeared. How's this for unattended "child care" at a shopping centre. This shows how safe, Singapore is! For a mum to leave her childern to shop (perhaps nearb-by). By the way, the girl dropped a plastic bag containing some purchases by her mum. I helped picked it up and returned to the eldest (girl). She is very cute and offered me her drink!

Lights, camera, action...Politics is equally about exposure... I mean advertising/marketing.. What more if Politicians can be perceived to be subliminally visible day and night. Now we know why in every estate our MPs Make sure that they prominently display their face all year round... Kudos... starting early... four years before the next elections..no wonder... landslide almost everytime... "We are always there -- not necessarily for you .. but we are highly visible. What Opposition? Let them bite the dusts" Thus in the event that some claim that they only seem to "SEE" their MPs once every 4 years... This is simply no…

Dear Joe, Thanks for your comments. So far, other than hiring a good consultant, one do not need to spend more money than is necessary especially in a home environment. As you also mentioned, we should go down to the basics of Feng Shui and always have an inquiring or questioning "mind". It is good always to ask questions what and why do a practioner say this or that. Ask for an explanation. And make your own personal judgements. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Edited by Robert: Please make use of the many free tools on the website (ie ba zi, eight house, flying star) to assess your own individual ba zi/luck and your home. Each person and house is unique so unless you check up on element you are (you won't know what colour/career/house, direction is good or bad, house auspicious or not). So use the tools to check up what is good and bad for you. Then try to work to having more of favourable things and correcting all the unfavourable areas. This is best advice I can give you. Sir, I'm RukshanaHooda, New to ths group, & would like your advice regarding my health, & enhancement of career. Thank-U Date of birth is 9th j…

Dear Sarah, Hope you can further describe `how level' is the house in relation to the surroundings? For example to the Chinese, an inverted `wok' (those found in the kitchen) is an ideal way to represent a good `site'. Your site should be where possible higher or level the surrounding land. Hope you can describe more in detail for me to fully comprehend and make `better' judgement. Perhaps, you can describe to me what you see on four sides of the site e.g. the back, the front, the right and the left. I hope this is not too much to ask but, I feel the more details the better... erh.. don't want to give wrong advice:) Warmest Regards, Cecil -----Original Message----- From: …

Dear Karen, In traditional Feng Shui practise, even in China, crystals were not widely used until today. Mostly it is due to the present day where modern technology is able to create such crystals cheaply and easily available to the public. So far, I understand only recently are Feng Shui authors writing about their own beliefs that crystals can be used as either an enhancement or a cure. I guess this field is very new and my `guess' is as good as yours as to whether it is that good. I remembered, last year while doing a Feng Shui audit for my friend. On my first visit, he placed around 5 to 6 crystals at the North West (Metal location) of his home. He explained to me tha…

Dear Nikki, Firstly, a warm welcom. Under Chinese Astrology, you can visit http://www.lovesigs.net for an interesting insight about your Chinese Zodiac signs. Do take your time to find out more about the facinating `art' and `science' of Feng Shui. One quick easy start is to Tour the `Fun with Feng Shui' pages on this site at http://www.geomancy.net/fs/map.htm or read thru, the various `past' messages in this forum or simply narrow down or zoom in to a specific subject through the SEARCH feature. Alternatively, you use some of the computerised tools available on this site at: http://www.geomancy-online.com Warmest Regards, Cecil
