Hillion, Bukit Panjang - NTWU Canteen. Less of meal items sold.. half of the canteen is dedicated to high quality baking equipment .. mostly hidden from view. All bread/curry puffs/donuts/cakes/pastries for $1/- each. Quality on par or even better than those bread shops like BreadTalk or Four Leaves.. and much cheaper even. Imagine pick 7 items and the cost is $7/-. While at most other bread shops, depending on the item, the total costs for 7 items can even be $12/- or more! However, the tidbits on the temporary table costs around $2/- each: Located at the Bus Terminal where all NTWU Canteens are found.

Hi Mr Lee! I came across some of your writeups on fengshui for Jadescape. ?? Just wondering if you are working with any agents currently? Hi xxxx, I have been in this business for many years. For creditibility have to remain neutral. I have also have lots of agents who themselves take up personal Feng Shui. In my business... it depends on reputation. Thus... I feel ...... Seriously, I have too many clients. I leave them alone to see what they like... whom they like to interact... and furthermore... as per the above illustrations.... even in Jadescape there are the good, the bad, the ugly.. LOL Of course who don't want to make extra m…

Geylang has one of the highest densities of Chinese Temples & clan / business associations in Singapore. Mosque and religious facilities are also abound here. The only thing is that local banks do not provide financing for homes and apartments in this district. You have to pay cash to purchase a home, here. This has to do with it’s shady side = a red light district. Geylang also is popular with lots of unique eateries. Phitos taken around Lorong 12 Geylang. This type of iron gate is sturdy and remarkably easy to use and access: Geylang has a spread of specialised coffee shops. From soya milk to frog legs etc.... …

Dear Steven, Please see below:- Here, I am referring to either using the Eight House Theory or for advanced users, their Ba Zhi i.e. if they are a weak water person than, relate it to the location e.g. North = water element (which is not favourable to the weak fire person). For example, where East is the Sickness sector (for a period 7 house). Here, if this sector is considered inauspicious, one could inadvertently bounce back twice the `bad luck'. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Pencil Tree (Euphorbia tirucalli) I have observed this tree in a smaller form in several locations, though not frequently. It brings to mind the longtong dish featuring long beans, or popiah that includes French beans... This tree is devoid of leaves. Alternatively, its leaves resemble twigs more closely.

I transit Beauty World.. and today realised that there is a "Chinese wedding shop". Caution: I have no dealings Nor bought anything; here. On apperance seems not much.. hmm Just that such shops are harder to find or sustain.. in SGP... Most likely since it is not in a high-end mall... but a 1979's type mall; hopefully it's price is not out of the world .. Other than During CNY, most decorative items are hard to find.. Also cannot say if it is around in the next few months or years.

Many Coffeeshop toilets are simply walk-in/out designs. Without needing to push a door. The Cubical urinals are shielded by this lesser design.
