The Antares @ Mattar Rd (99 years leasehold from 14 August 2018. Consists of 2 blocks of 5 storeys and 1 block at 17 storeys and and another 1 block at 18 storeys high = 256 units. First impressions is an upside down Flare gun .. LOL... In my opinion, the architect has done a fantastic job in the layout of the blocks in this development. To me, seems much thought in maximising this unusual plot of land. Yet, seems orderly and pleasing to one's eye. To me, this site plan reminds me of a saucepan. LOL

A new kid on the block... Within Joo Chiat and bordering between Tanjong Katong and Katong.. What is unique about this area are the roads named after tropica fruits: rambutan, langsat etc... (Below) Photo taken along Still Road.. whilst I have a leisurely morning brisk walk... "makan anging". (Malay = eating air.. Lol...) By the way... Katong is where I live.. Lol...
