The Beeh Low See Buddhist Temple is nestled between Jalan Jurong Kechil and Toh Yi. The main building of the temple is sitting South facing North and elevated on a hill. Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; it is said to be sitting on a hill, facing water". What is unique about this temple is the entire Toh Yi Housing Board Flats were literally built around it. Here, the temple came first; before the homes!

In 1966, the site where Belgravia Green is under construction is a virgin piece of land. Even so until 1977. In 1977, roads such as today’s Saraca Road, Kansai Road and Mimosa Cresent started taking shape: At the bottom: Ang Mo Kio Ave 5 is also taking shape. Today we know it as Seletar Hills Estate.

This is a very hardy fern. And often it is considered as a parasite plant as it can grow between the branches of a larger tree. This fern is widespread in both Tropica Africa and Asia and also found in many areas of the pacific. Needs little or no maintenance at all. Give it space, and it can grow into a large diameter of 1 metre all round...

Such Block layouts are usually found above the LIFTs for newer HDB flats... For some older HDB Blocks, these layouts can be found at each staircase landing along the VOID deck area.

This was a past case where Blk 268D stack #171 facing Blk 269C TOP, last year 2012. In the attachment; as the master bedroom is a stone throw away from Blk 269C; for practical reasons; day curtains has to be installed in the Master Bedroom.
