Cannonball tree, Couroupita guianensis is native to the Guiana in northeastern South America. The large flowers are fragrant and develops on the tree trunk. Much like papayas. These trees have spherical, cannonball-like fruits up to 8″ in diameter. At the moment, the fruits are not in season. These fruits resembles a bare coconut husk outer shell. And it's size is identical to a cannon ball. These trees are at Pasir Ris near to Pasir Ris West Mall. They can also be found at East Coast Park.. When the cannonball but falls; one can hear the distinct nut-crack sound...

Capital Tower at Robinson Road was originally planned and built by POSBank in the early 2000’s to be it’s new HQ. The bank was suppose to move into this new “Rocketship design” around 2003 from it’s existing HQ at Bras Basah Road. But when DBS took over the bank.. this was history. Today, CapitaLand and anchor tenants GIC, JP Morgan occupies the floors.

1. Should I look at where my future parking lot is before I buy erh... that unit? 2. In this private development or condo; car parking lots are numbered and tagged with a specific condo unit. 3. Some lots are covered. While others are in the open. 4. If I am a car lover, I would first check out where my future lot is; before I commit to buying that unit in this development!

Part 1: Sales Brochure Resources Casa Al Mare's in English is simply translated as “Beach House." Do you know this development’s name in Italian simply means = Beach House. (Since it makes sense given that indeed it will be close to the beach.) What if the developer had used “Casa La Mare” instead? It will then literally means “House the sea” or more appropriately = House by the sea. Next time if someone comes to you and makes fun of this development's name. The Fortredale which was newer than many of the developments had enbloc and sold has sold for around $65 million. Thank God for it. As for liveability; it each unit looks more like a fish aquarium when one walks past it during both day and night! However, somehow, in it's place The Line, even with it's enticing lucky draw of a BMW 3 series vehicle ... seems in my opinion to suffer from poor sales... (where each unit is sold roughly at 2,xxx per sq feet.

The site and environment is acceptable. Picture 2 below, size = 100k, shows the layout plan of a typical unit in the condominium apartment. Below, it is generally "fair" layout. However, the master bedroom door should not face another bedroom door. It is best also to avoid having a bedroom door facing a toilet.

These two differing methods serve the same purpose: 1. Passive markers: These wafer thin circular cats eyes because of it's reflective properties coupled with yellow warnings, in my opinion is the way forward. 2.
