1. These pictures showing elaborate Chinese dragon motifs commonly found on Chinese vases, plates wood carvings. 2. In some pictures, you may have to `stare' hard to find the profile of the dragon. While in some photos, it is quite easy to spot the dragon. Hope you can locate the dragon! Happy dragon hunting! P.S. please ignore the second picture. As it is a duplicate of the first picture. Wrongly uploaded twice.

Where this is the area where, most of the major Housing & Development Board public flats are situated. 4. To service and support a large number of clients who intend to do renovations, or move in to the area since early this year, we were able to reduce travell…

If the earlier house can be described as beautify; the house that is beside this beautiful house (to the left) can be considered as the most ugly (beast) of a house!

Another additional refinement is that the multi-storey carpark has an access link at the third storey (3rd level) link to a block. And that block has an additional link to the 2nd block. For example, at block 312C, there is a 3rd storey link. And blocks 312C and 312B are futher linked at level 3. See photo illustrations. This 3rd storey link serves an added function: no longer need to construct a roof for the ground level link between say blocks 312C and 312B. What is impressive is that the 3rd storey link of blocks 312C and 312B provides a ready shelfter for those walking at ground level from one block to the other. These two enhancements: the covered walkway + central b…

More photos From the photos one can see that the size of the boat is pretty big... Sorry, I took the photo of the Mansion hidden behind a Power Box.... The roof of the mansion has a typical Two dragons chasing after a pearl at the centre.. however.. the centre looks more like a flaming .... Below..can you imagine the skeleton frame of an uncompleted mansion hung up at the ceiling? Apologies for the poor photo.... in the year 2010 phone cameras are not that advanced, yet....

Some Feng Shui practitioners especially if they are buddhist advise the placement of the "Eight Lucky Symbols" of Buddha after their Feng Shui audits. For example, here, the "Eight Lucky" symbols are either buried under the main entrance or openly displayed in the home or the office as a display medallion on display shelf. What…

What happens if there is a lone tree tangent/between the main entrance door? Take a closer look at the attachment to understand another theory called The `Triangle' Effect 1. If it is a single tree in the middle (outside) the main entrance door. This causes an imbalance in Qi as the trunk of the tree slices (like a sword) into the main entrance door. Here, place two plants e.g. two potted plants on each side of the main entrance to neutarlise the tree. It also creates what is known as a `Triangle' effect. If you notice carefully, in the attached diagram, the triangle on the last diagram points away from the house. 2. If it is a lone lamp post, you can use two poles at e…

The picture below shows the open `slate' staircase. It is better if the staircase is enclosed to allow Qi to flow more "smoothly." Below, Picture size = 4k Credit and Source: The Straits Times, S'pore, 25th December 1999, Pg 8 Life!

1. In the picture, the home marked in yellow: Number 2 is lower than it's neighbours: Number 1 and 2. 2. Usually, a lower home sandwiched between two higher homes is considered to have poorer Feng Shui. However, this home marked Number 2 (in yellow) has lots of open space: thus overall, helps greatly in it's Feng Shui.

Some "parts" of Foresque Residences reminds me of another place: Yishun Sapphire Condo and Yishun Emerald Condo. Here, if one owns a unit in Yishun Sapphire and "South facing" one can see into the swimming pool area of Yishun Emerald condo. Thus, one can be "lead" to believe that parts of Yishun Sapphire condo (south side) seems to "belong" to Yishun Emerald instead. Here, please see attached photos. The photo was taken outside of a unit at block 109 Foresque Residences facing North. In the photo, one can see the pool. But this pool actually belongs to a Treehouse condo - another neighbouring condo. And Treehouse Block 60 has one of it's corners aimed towards Block 109 st…
