Government's Asset Enhancement Scheme 1. Photos taken@ Teck Whye Lane showing a block of flat in the process of installing several lift shafts to ensure that each unit can be reached by a lift. 2. Formerly, such a block has a central lift and the lifts often only stops at staggered floors e.g. 1, 3, 6, 9, 11 floors. 3. One good thing about the lifts to every unit is to allow the elderly and allow for wheel-chair friendly access. 4. Previously this government asset enhancement scheme was a "carrot" used during every elections (in the past): "if you don't vote for me; you don't get such an upgrading". Many believe;in the 2016 elections; thisis no longer a carrot nor a stick…

Midwood comprise of 2 blocks of 29 storeys residential flats and 1 block of 6 storey MSCP with Child care centre and communal facilities. Expected completion date is under Flying Stars Period 9 on around 1 October 2024. *A quick glance* Frankly.. I cannot reconcile the above site plan with this photo (see below).... hmmm... LOL... P.S. I think I finally got it....

The Sian Teck Tng Temple @ Cuppage Road.. seems to be like frozen in time and surrounded by modern buildings. Fortunately, the Central Expressway CTE that was built way back in 1982+ was built "around" it and was not torn down for this expressway... Photos was taken during the T.O.P. of Waterscape at Cavenagh Condo across the highway The Sian Teck Tng temple was founded by Master Ma Choon Qing in 1883

The Chinese especially, from the dialect group Cantonese dread the number 4. To them, in their dialect means : `say' or DIE. Worse if it is repeated e.g. Die, Die, Die... Especially numbers like 4, 44 or even 444....

The owner of this house uses these items:- 1. The Ba gua trigram on the outside of the concave mirror is to ward off evil. 2. The charms with the mao pi is also meant to ward off evil. 3. The greatest threat for a neigbhour facing such an apartment (apartment door face to face) is the concave mirror in the middle of the ba gua mirror. The intention of such a concave mirror is to "suck wealth".... 3.1 There are many versions of such a mirror: some with the Chi-lin in the middle; some with the flat mirror; These are purely to ward off evil. 3.2 some Ba Gua's with the convex mirror are to deflect poison arrow(s) or sha qi.

No need these instructions:- SAFETY TELESCOPIC RESCUE POLE-EXTENDABLE PLEASE USE ACCORDINGLY AS FOLLOWS:- 1) GRIP HOLD OF ONE END OF POLE WITH THE HOOP AT THE OTHER END 2) EXTEND OUT ALL THE WAY TO "VICTIM"..... Maybe, perhaps; by the time one reads this instruction; the drowning person would literally have died!
