Feng Shui of HDB Clementi Cascadia and the location of the development’s Precinct Pavilion 1. One nice benefit of HDB Clementi Cascadia is that the Precinct Pavilion is thoughtfully tucked away at one corner of the development. 2. This is different from some newer projects where the pavilion is placed right in the middle of the estate. 3. In those situations, any wakes or gatherings can be more noticeable, and noise from large groups of residents may feel more disruptive. 4. In this development, the pavilion also acts as a helpful buffer between the school and Block 440B.

This is a modern gate design: A compromise: Combining the best of two worlds: partial privacy (both sides of the gate) but allows air-flow from the two panels closest to the middle of the gate.
