1. Numerous blocks associated with the same neighbourhood HDB flats; at the VOID deck (ground level), every pillar appears to have a tag, such as C4033, etc.. 2. What is the reason for the excessive tagging of the pillars across several blocks of flats? 3. These flats were built between 1984 and 2003, specifically around 1997. They are relatively new and do not appear to be in disrepair. Is it necessary to monitor each pillar as if they are in critical condition? 4. Chris Ng, Thanks for responding.The reason i said health is because when i purchased the dragon this is what it said underneath it on the web site.Maybe it is because of the color of it.The dragon is gold with a blue ribbon in its mouth.My husband is the breadwinner of the family.His birthday is 2-14-1956 and mine is 7-23-1959.let me know what you come up with .Thanks again Diana

For a house which has sloping back and in this example with a major road at it's back, such retaining brick walls are ideal. Notice that the retaining wall(s) are of sufficient height.

This office which is directly `hit' by a `T-junction' where vehicles, move towards it has been in bad shape. Please wait loading picture (100k)... The building to the right is not affected as usually cars are parked on that side of the road. Both buildings to the left and right of this building looks lovely but not for this one. On 9th March 2020 It has been quite sometime I visited this condo. Previously was also for Can or Cannot buy. Pool timing is unusually late in the morning... often it is 7am onwards or latest is 8am. 10pm is the norm. LOL Condo has that serene feel...

This water fountain is technically based on the Five Elements concept: circular ball represents metal tall structure represents wood made of granite = earth element add water and also a light, becomes a full five elements concept. BUT, this design is "hell of an ugly" in today's modern times... It may look cool in the 1980's but.. rather "ancient" today!

This picture was taken today (6 June 2000) of the Fortredale. On this side of the building (there are two sides), at the higher floors it shows only one unit being occupied. In a city like Singapore, where apartments are snapped up the moment they are `sold', there seems to be few take up (actually staying) in these apartments. Earlier, I mentioned that the windows of this apartment are not conducive for a humid and hot city like Singapore. In fact, most Singaporeans have also, I believe found it not `practical' to stay in.
