Petit Jervois by SC Global About to demolish the current flats = Jervois Gardens. The main access is via Jervois Road. While these photos were taken on a new connection road for Princes Charles Crescent. Good for both The Crest and Principal Gardens condo as no need to depend only on the Alexandra View/Jervois Lane links. Have still kept in contact, a previous client at Jervois Gardens. Will be doing a Feng Shui audit with him.

In 2017, saw one of the first installations of zip track blinds. This was at the newly T.O.P. development: Vue 8 condo at Pasir Ris. Today, saw an AD for something I have yet seen before… called Glass Curtains. Please note that I have no relation to the company mentioned, below. Just curious that this seems to be a new product … or alternative.. but totally don’t offer privacy + may become a glass house effect! Did a separate search and found this …

Revisited on 5th September 2022 These flats are 9th storeys high and seats above Peoples Food Centre and overlook People’s Park Complex. Entrance to Block 32. At the East Wing of the complex. Closer to OG. Front door faces SE towards People’s Park Complex. Highest Floor at 9th storey clears the roof-line of People's Park Complex. But during day time, sound (noise) from it's cooling towers can be heard humming away. But after a while or closing the front door /windows ... Views of People's Park from the 9th Storey:-
