Royal Square at Novena is a mixed development: T.O.P. in 2017. Comprising of Medical Suites, Retail Shops/F & B/ Restaurants and a hotel. Still advertised today as there are around a combined 15 retail/F & B outlets still vacant. And around 31 Medical suites unsold.

Location: Marine Terrace, Marine Parade Town Council (MPTC) Personally, I feel that the State Flag should deserve more respect, here... Frankly this is a State flag. And not mere cheap decorative items to have the state flags displayed on side-walk railings... It would be nice, if it was displayed say below the window(s) of HDB/ECs Condos voluntarily. But it is not so happening these many years. Most likely many seem to associate the flag with PAP. ? Instead of the country on the whole. And does not stay there; it has no direct impact on one’s luck. Can only day it will impact on the tenant’s luck. On your part, indirectly, more to do with ease of rental and for the Long term (if possible). In essence, Feng Shui is not by remote control. If you don’t stay there, physically it has no impact on you or for whom staying there.
