I like this design... as it means that one can safely open any windows (of course) not too wide on heavy winds and rainy days.... So far... touchwood... does not see a whole lot of birds perched on these RC roofs... Did an audit... in one of the offices.. here... Prata ... is not exactly healthy... but it is not a heavy meal... quite suitable in the morning... Curry.. with tumeric... and lots of spices... help to keep dementia away.... Around Chai Chee Road one of the Blocks 6x... Huh? "Let's grab a piece of it." LOL!

If one is driving along Upper Paya Lebar Road, one cannot help to notice a crisp and bright building: This building is the Kim Loong Building: Under the Five elements concept: 1. Where possible, see if you try not to buy a unit/apartment where the main door is so close to the kitchen door. In addition, there is an open backyard: where if the main door and kitchen door are opened, there is a straight path (qi leak) out of the `mouth' main door towards the back (backyard). Please see the attached sample layout.

Koi's are actually carps. Many instead of keeping real fishes purchase paintings of Koi's swimming. Most of the paintings usually have 9 Koi's swimming. (A few paintings have 8 fishes). In Mandarin 9 sounds like `longevity' and in Cantonese 8 sounds like `prosper'. The last illustration, is interesting because, it can also be applied to a swimming pool. Besides an uneven flow of water, it is equally inauspicious to have a swimming pool in the shape as mentioned in the illustration.
