Symphony Suites @ Yishun is certainly a neat "production" line block layouts. Such sites reminds me of tightly packed "road grids". Very sterile and the purpose to pack as many blocks and stacks as possible in a "small space - site". This site reminds me of the "no brainer" soon to TOP site : " Treasure Trove " in Punggol. Other than a slight cure of Blocks 50, 52 and 54; the rest of the other 12 blocks (Imagine: this development has a total of 15 "point-blocks" sandwiched together. From a Shapes and Forms point of view; both Symphony suites and Treasure Trove fortunately has a favourable square/rectangular site. Perhaps, this is the only major consolation. And thus…

The oldest public housing development is located along Tiong Bahru area. The old airport road area type of public housing is considered second to the abovedevelopment. Fortunately, these quaint 1960's type of public housing has not being demolised along Dakota Crescent. These are "retained" for now... Because of it's close proximity to Singapore's first ever airport located near-by (currently People's Association along Nicol Highway; these flats are always up to a certain resticted height. As sponsored by The M: “Designed For Property Investors” Feng Shui is about the earth luck of one’s home. This if one had purchased a unit for investment = rental. And does not stay there; it has no direct impact on one’s luck. Can only day it will impact on the tenant’s luck. On your part, indirectly, more to do with ease of rental and for the Long term (if possible). In essence, Feng Shui is not by remote control. If you don’t stay there, physically it has no impact on you or for whom staying there.
