I like this design... as it means that one can safely open any windows (of course) not too wide on heavy winds and rainy days.... So far... touchwood... does not see a whole lot of birds perched on these RC roofs... Did an audit... in one of the offices.. here... Prata ... is not exactly healthy... but it is not a heavy meal... quite suitable in the morning... Curry.. with tumeric... and lots of spices... help to keep dementia away.... Around Chai Chee Road one of the Blocks 6x... Huh? "Let's grab a piece of it." LOL!

The Citron @ Marne Road Site plan I went through the layout plans. What is not shown is the common rubbish bin(s) at the lobby. Hopefully, it is not beside one's unit or facing it... Majority of my concerns have more to do with common sense. Such as if the interior walls are gypsum wall; best to avoid the bed-head sharing the same wall as the mounted TV such as shown in this layout plan:- Other layout plans:

8 Hullet @ Hullet Road, formerly Hullet Court The development features a single tower block, which is aligned slightly off the North-South axis. In terms of Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, a single tower block is considered a safe and traditional design because it allows for uniform airflow around the building. There is also ample clearance surrounding the development, creating a positive "bright hall" effect. This refers to the clear space around the windows and balconies, which helps promote favorable Qi flow. However, it should be noted that there is another apartment located next to one side of the development.

One of the rooms turned into an office The last tenant was a Traditional Chinese Medicine Hall:- This is a close-up of the dispensing hall. Notice the large amounts of storage chests. Each chest was suppose to contain a specific medicine. Won't be surprise if one of them contains medical cockroaches and even seahorse etc... Another view of the open courtyard from the dispensing hall:-
