1. Many business, prior to their opening day, would get a contractor to mount a new signage overhead of their shop. 2. After that, ask their contractor to cover it in a red piece of paper. The signage is only revealed after an auspicious date has been found. 3. It is interesting to note also that, what happens if a company needs to change a signage? 3.1 Some clients would require their contractor to remove the existing sign (BUT NOT BRING IT DOWN YET!). In my opinion, I personally do not like the colour scheme for this new block of government public housing. Personally, I feel that it is a mismatch of colours especially white with apriot. Furthmore, the wall relief reminds me of the design found on water tanks above the roof tops.

Another additional refinement is that the multi-storey carpark has an access link at the third storey (3rd level) link to a block. And that block has an additional link to the 2nd block. For example, at block 312C, there is a 3rd storey link. And blocks 312C and 312B are futher linked at level 3. See photo illustrations. Normanton Park was built in the 1970’s specifically for the Singapore Armed Forces personnel. A typical 5 bedroom point-block flats The sale price was a whopping $830.1 million. And is considered the largest collective sale price for a 99 year leasehold property. In fact, this Chinese development in addition to the above needs to top up $231.1 million to "reset" this property to a new 99 year lease. By October everyone has to clear out.
