The Red House Although Red symbolises prosperity to the Chinese. Seldom we see actual homes or apartment complexes in bold chilli or maroon red. However, it is different for shop owners or iconic hotels. But once a while; a bold architect with a bolder client may just get together and ... P.S. Note the Red door with white borders belongs to a Bao shop where I stood to take the photos...

Sloane Residences formerly known as Sloane Court launching soon developed by Tsky, a joint venture between Tiong Seng Group and Ocean Sky. Sloane streetmap of 2007 shows Sloan Court and at 2O’clock ACS Barker Road The 1966 streetmap also shows that the area around Balmoral has remained pretty much the same. And does not stay there; it has no direct impact on one’s luck. Can only day it will impact on the tenant’s luck. On your part, indirectly, more to do with ease of rental and for the Long term (if possible). In essence, Feng Shui is not by remote control. If you don’t stay there, physically it has no impact on you or for whom staying there.

Revisited on 5th September 2022 These flats are 9th storeys high and seats above Peoples Food Centre and overlook People’s Park Complex. Entrance to Block 32. At the East Wing of the complex. Closer to OG. Front door faces SE towards People’s Park Complex. Highest Floor at 9th storey clears the roof-line of People's Park Complex. But during day time, sound (noise) from it's cooling towers can be heard humming away. But after a while or closing the front door /windows ... Views of People's Park from the 9th Storey:-
