Attached please find a layout plan where the toilet (toilet bowl) is next to the main entrance. This layout is considered inauspicious under Shapes and Form Feng Shui. Best to avoid... purchasing such a unit.

In this paranomic photo, you can see, at a distance, a profile of some of the towers of Suntec City, Singapore. This mega Shopping centre, office space and exhibition/convention hall uses, a smooth skin of reflective tinted glass covering it's skin. Considered as a defensive `posture'. To find out more about past postings of pictures of Suntec City, try to do a SEARCH for it under this forum.

Common sense plays a large part in Feng Shui. For example, in the two examples; it is best to avoid sleeping with the head sharing the same wall with the toilet bowl's piping. In this illustration; these two layouts have one's bed-head sleeping pretty close to the same wall where the plumbing of the toilet bowl(s) are. Do a search for "Dangers of underground water" for more reading...materials

1. In this layout plan, there is a `close-call' towards nature's call. 2. This layout is not-as-auspicious since the toilet bowls of the shared toilet and master bedroom are close to the centre-point of the house. 3. Owner will not be able to `retain cash'. And finance is always up and down with little savings left - at the end of the day. 4. If specific windows are opened in the living room; there is a direct path or sha qi from the main door to the balcony or living room window. This is `curable'. But secondary to the `toilet bowl' issue. Suggestion: If CAN, AVOID buying this unit.

1. Development known as: The Abode at Devonshire, Singapore 2. In my opinion, this development reminds me of the glass frontage of the Fortredale, another Singapore high rise building with glass surrounding the building. 3. The Abode at Devonshire, is 15 storey high a small development comprising of 26 units. Based on the developer's description it is based on interescting planes of glass, concrete and aluminium. 4. Although it does not have as much as the `revealing' glass surrounding half of each unit, nevertheless, in my opinion, the frontage with `enclosed' glass is not appropriate for Singapore, a hot and humid country. 5. In my opinion, for a house, Qi cannot flow f…

Has PAC MAN anything to do with the designs of the various blocks of flats found in the attached street directory map? Or was the architect a fan of PAC MAN and wanted to immortalise PAC MAN in his/her design of the block of flats in various parts of Bukit Batok?

Shaw Towers, Golden mile complex, People's Park complex and Katong Shopping Centre all these four buildings share one thing in common: the buildings were designed in the style of "brutalist architectural style". Majority of these buildings were completed in the early 1970's. The characteristics are striking vertical lines and circular pot-holes + cold concrete exterior finish. A term associated with the French which derived to today’s description as “brutalist” meaning bare concrete external structures. However in recent times, the building Managements of many of these shopping centres decided to give the exterior of the buildings a coat of paint: Gilden …

Even the " Slow " (slow down) side on the road does not help the building from Sha Qi (poison arrows). Much like taking a sugar coated pill - comforting but no effect!

Hi Everyone, The enclosed logo is made up of the following:- a. Background : Purple representing the Fire element. b. Logo : An ancient Chinese coin representing Metal element. Under the destructive cycle: Fire destroys Metal. Under the Five Elements concept: When Fire destroys Metal, this is considered creating wealth i.e. one way of creating wealth is to look at the destructive cycle and the element that destroys the next element on the destructive cycle can be considered to produce wealth. However, one must take not that for individuals, for example, if you are a Strong fire person, it is no problem for you to destroy Metal to produce wealth. But if you are a Weak fir…

If The Quartz's overhang is great; The Crest's nice "V" shaped design that mimic those of a bamboo tree is even more impressive. "For those who had experience strong windsand heavy rainfall would appreciate this - a "user friendly" roof overhang for each unit" "Furthermore Individual - point-blocks are relatively safe designs inthe realm of Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. In addition, kinda like the "V-shaped profilewhere each balcony is sheltered from the rain"

Singapore Map 1954: Showing Tanjong Rhu, former Kallang Airport, former Happy World Park and Geylang A glimpse of old Singapore in 1954. Particularly significant is that Tanjong Rhu / Marina South has not been reclaimed then. In addition, Nicol Highway was non-existent in 1954.
