The Citron Residences @ Marne Road at 1 Marne Road under Flying Star Period 8 Feng Shui

The Citron @ Marne Road Site plan I went through the layout plans. Generally, most or all of these layout plans are not prefect but at least they do not have major concerns with regards to Shapes and Forms Feng Shui... What is not shown is the common rubbish bin(s) at the lobby. Hopefully, it is not beside one's unit or facing it... Majority of my concerns have more to do with common sense. Such as if the interior walls are gypsum wall; best to avoid the bed-head sharing the same wall as the mounted TV such as shown in this layout plan:- Other layout plans:

The Concourse and subtle nuiances of Feng Shui in this building: This figure is titled a "Black Tortoise". In Feng Shui it is one of the four animals: green tortise, white tiger and Black Tortise". The Black tortise simply represents the "back" or rear support. Thus if one looks at this "black mascular person with such a stance and figurine" One would never have imagined that it is for the purpose of Feng Shui... This cartoon like resin rounded figure aptly named Buddha. It also represents a solid mass. Other than that perhaps the owners want to portray a safe and peaceful environment... La Lecture... give a guess... U…

ALONG THIAM SIEW AVENUE Thiam Siew Ave is located between 2 main precincts in District 15. On one side is the Paya Lebar Central which is zoned to be a lively commercial centre under the URA master plan. Thiam Siew Ave is within walking distance to PLQ, Paya Lebar Square, Singpost Centre, Kinex and Paya Lebar MRT. On the other side is the laid-back Katong District, a foodie paradise with eateries lining Tanjong Katong Road. Haig Market and Dunman Food Center provide more food options in the vicinity.

The Crest acquired by Wingstar Investment (Wing Tai Holdings LTD), Metro Australia Holdings and Maxdin: the site at Prince Charles Crescent. A "copy-cat" of the Taipei 101. Taipei 101 is tall. And this development has many "Stunted" Bamboo plants.. by nature. That is the only difference. One cannot go wrong with "point-block" or 8 main blocks where qi or wind can freely circulate between each block = Good Shapes and Forms. This means that many units will be shaded from rain, thanks to the upper floors that jut-out to shield them. This is what I like most about it... The Crest Just T.O.P.

The Dew's Site Plan The 4 Blocks And Golden Daisy: a 30 year leasehold development for the elderly. These flats appeared around the mid 1990’s to cater for the elderly. Today, the HDB has mixed these flats with the bigger flats. At the Just T.O.P. LEFT: Vintage four-storey apartments from the 1960s featuring a shop front on the ground floor. These shop fronts include a retail space on the ground level along with a staircase leading to the second storey. The second storey is commonly utilized as either a storage area or an apartment for the shop residents. The third and fourth storeys typically serve as residential homes. +++ RIGHT: Typical modern Private Apartments: 1st to 5th Storeys. And an Attic

The Dracaena Draco plant / tree. Under symbolism in Feng Shui, plants with rounded leaves are preferred over spikey leafs. Under common sense; usually nowadays, the garden is very small; and if one has young ones running around the garden, such sharp leafs may accidentally hurt a child when the child runs into it. Worse of all, hopefully it does not poke into vunerable areas like the eyes. In this photo; this plant or tree can be of low height or higher.
