This small development has a single block of 8 storeys high with a total of 60 residential units. Leasehold 99 years. Expected TOP is under Period 8 Flying Stars Year 2023. A tightly packed (like a sardine can) of stacks/units: P.S. Geylang being a red-light district has a corresponding high number of temples. Lots! A major concern is that many banks are reluctant to give loans to buyers within the Geylang enclave.

Right: Have highlighted the access panel in RED:- 4.2 A photo of the access panel of a different unit:- 5. Can you see the stain marks on the main entrance door near to the frame of the door in this unit:- 5.1. This is another unit. And the stains are more obvious:- …

For older plot of land, when a land is subdivided, often if the original address is No. 25. If the developer builds two several terrace homes to replace a bungalow house: it would be name as No. 25, 25A, 25B, 25C etc... What is less common is to name these homes 25-1, 25-2, 25-3, 25-4 etc... Usually the houses were named instead as 25, 25A, 25B, 25C, 25C a shorter form without the extra dash "-". But technically, I suppose: 1 or A are still the same..
