Symphony Suites @ Yishun is certainly a neat "production" line block layouts. Such sites reminds me of tightly packed "road grids". Very sterile and the purpose to pack as many blocks and stacks as possible in a "small space - site". This site reminds me of the "no brainer" soon to TOP site : " Treasure Trove " in Punggol. Other than a slight cure of Blocks 50, 52 and 54; the rest of the other 12 blocks (Imagine: this development has a total of 15 "point-blocks" sandwiched together. From a Shapes and Forms point of view; both Symphony suites and Treasure Trove fortunately has a favourable square/rectangular site. Perhaps, this is the only major consolation. And thus…

Some "parts" of Foresque Residences reminds me of another place: Yishun Sapphire Condo and Yishun Emerald Condo. Here, if one owns a unit in Yishun Sapphire and "South facing" one can see into the swimming pool area of Yishun Emerald condo. Thus, one can be "lead" to believe that parts of Yishun Sapphire condo (south side) seems to "belong" to Yishun Emerald instead. Here, please see attached photos. The photo was taken outside of a unit at block 109 Foresque Residences facing North. In the photo, one can see the pool. Re-visting The Linear Condo I first visited this development when it first T.O.P. in 2006. (Freehold 999years). Today.. it should be around 7xx plus years. But still aplenty! The roof profile is a striking similarity to Marina Bay Sands! Or rather: If Marina Sands is a large luxury cruiser; this one is much like a private yacht. Flying Star Feng Shui puts this development as Period 8 either E1 (morning sun) or W1 (afternoon sun + expect traffic noise along this stretch of road).
