Plus one block that is 16 storey's high service apartments with an additional 240 units. The sky terrace for this development is at the 4th storey. The commercial shops are at ground floor. Oops... this development is not pretty close to Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple. In fact, it is just a stone's throw ... the temple is this development's NEXT door neighbour! On 9th March 2020 It has been quite sometime I visited this condo. Previously was also for Can or Cannot buy. Pool timing is unusually late in the morning... often it is 7am onwards or latest is 8am. 10pm is the norm. LOL Condo has that serene feel...

1. The Casablanca Condo shares it's wall with the northern side of the Rosewood Suite condominium. 2. It is a good thing that the individual blocks of Casablanca condo has gaps between them. And these gaps are like "dragon gates" where on a windy day; funnels qi towards the 'NORTH" side of the Rosewood suite condominium. 3.
