Just make sure that your neighbour does not suck wealth from you building! For example, Development Bank of Singapore HQ are squarish: earth building. While United Overseas Bank is tall and thin. Much like a tree or belonging to the wood element. Under the Five elements concept, imagine wood element as a tree with roots. The roots, will gradually penetrate the earth and "suck" wealth from it.
