The Confessions of a Lady Geomancer... 1. When the buying STOPS! The selling CAN! 2. When a CEO of a famous charity wanted to install a gold tap in his office - bathroom toilet; he got caught red-handed when he sued a news-paper.... 3. But when a Feng Shui Master sold in-the-name of Feng Shui products and use her spoils; to install solid gold sinks, taps, and toilet bowls.. no one can falter her, WHY? WHY? WHY?

Meet a typical Singaporean (SGP) who is out hunting for a bargain property overseas! Please don't be mistaken! This home is not for a mistress, but more likely to shelter either his only son or daughter who will be studying nearby to a "reputable" university! Let's meet him now!

The foundation of a house is particularly important especially if the house sits on a hill. Usually, for houses on a hill, there will be major concerns if: 1. Proper landslide -- protection not adequate. Even if landslide protection are adequate: Too many houses were built on the hill. Resulting in a higher or heavier weight. The problem is often compounded with heavy rainfalls. 2. Heavy rainfalls have an impact because, it dramatically increases the weight of the land. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Shapes and Forms in relation to the landscape although is easy to understand e.g. dragon and tiger embracing... It is much harder to apply it! As this caricature suggests.... Some of us may simply not see the picture at all!

Overall, a painting is considered auspicious if:- 1. If it has animals in it: The animals must not seem to be ferocious, hungry or stalking a prey. 2. The animal figurine must also not look like they are under-nurished. (A bit plum is good). Look at this `auspicious' painting... what do you think?

1. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is best to do a walk-about of the premises and the surrounding environment. 2. Nowadays, the next best alternatives are photos of the site, especially if you hire an overseas expert to the work.

The "mouth" of the house refers to the main entrance door and any other "doors" at the frontage of the home. If possible, the "mouth" should not be too large and left opened most of the time! Hear what the Feng Shui Master has to say, about this family's habit of leaving all the "openings" at the frontage of the house opened very often!

This has it's origin based on Commonsense approach to Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. Where ever possible, try not to place the bed on the same wall as the bedroom door.... check out this caricature....for the reason for this!
