Hi Mr Cecil good morning. May I ask you if you are willing to have an over the phone conversation with my mom, who is based in the US about her house and Feng shui? Haha, I told my Mrs & she just reminded me that many years ago at our Pasir Ris flat (before we came to know you), a Fengshui person came and his suggestions freaked her out: shifting tables/seating to all kinds of weird positions and painting doors/gates all kinds of “beautiful colours” like pink & red. Perhaps he had to show he’s doing some things to justify. I told her don’t worry, fm the past the enhancements you recommend are usually very subtle: example, small items that one can hide out of sight. I had to put her at ease cos she said if we had followed that guy’s recommendations, we’ll end up more unhappy in the house.
