Hi Robert,
Is jewellery making and design catagorised under the "fire"or "metal" element? I've been given this contradicting interpretation from several feng shui experts and I'm none the wiser! My daughter
is a "strong water" and I understand her wealth element would be the fire element, thus the idea
of working with fire in forging jewellery(metal!) Would this suit her at all?

Our shop premises used to be lot#160 until 2 years ago the local council decided to
re allotnew numbers for all the commercial buildingsaround the Square of the CBD ! Now we end
up with lot#138 instead of 160. Now, does this change the " luck vibration" altogether? The building was originally built in early 1900 but had seen several renovations done internally over the years by previous tenants andlandlords etc, including us as tenantswhen we took over the premises 2 years ago. What period and what lot number should we use in determining theluck factor of the building? Your advise would be much appreciated.

Hi Qu P,
I'm not an expert in Ba Zi etc but I couldn't help not responding to your post regarding your
present dilemma (or a perceived one). While I sympathise with your sense of loneliness, I believe
taking a bit of advise from this very old chinese adage might help you to see things from a different
perspective. "Our existence is based on the 5 principles - 1. Heaven Luck 2. Destiny 3. Fengshui
4. Karma ( present and past) 5. Effort."
I believe EFFORT is the most important as exerting or lack of it could change the outcome of
the other 4 principles! Therefore I wouldn't blame the lack of friends on bad Ba Zi or bad Karma.
Perhaps you could try this very useful tip my 13 yr old sontold me he usessince he was 10yrs old with great results! He sets himself a target of being the first one to say hello and extend his hand of friendship to the first 10 students he meets( but doesn't know) at the beginning of a school
year. Today he has a very large group of friends and incidentally the very close one are the ones
he acquired through his system!
So give it a go and good luck!

Hi Robert/Cecil
My son is contemplating taking up medicine as a career in future, but he is a weak metal person.
Should he look at a different career altogether or could he study medicine but specialising
incells( earth element)? He has strong aptitudes for both subjects of maths and science, so
hopefully a good recommendation for either fields that would suit him best is appreciated.

Business entrance door leading to toilets!

Hi Cecil,
Our shop's main entrance door opens out to a clear passage leading to the serving counter but
unfortunately it also leads directly to the doorof the toilet block! The distance from the entrance to
this toilet door is about 20metres. Is this bad fengshui? What can we do to lessen any "damaging
impact" done to it? We can't change anything structural nor the layout of the existing counter.
Your suggestion would be much appreciated.
