  1. Dear Sir, I have bought a house (under construction) with irregular-shaped garden and i know,it is inauspicious to fengshui. please kindly advise me what to do. All my family members belong to the west group. Please find the attached floor plan of this house ang give your expert advice on the remedial measures or cures. Thank you. Regards, Meei Jinn
  2. Dear Cecil, My husband (bakua no.2), son (bakua no.8) and I (bakua no.8) all belong to the western group. We are currently looking for a new house that is still under construction and will be completed in either 2004 or 2005 (ie. the period 8). I have tried using the free flying star analysis for various facing direction. However, I do not understand the Lo Shu numbers. Please kindly explain the auspicious and inauspicious numbers either in isolation or in combination. In addition, please advise us the best, second best and third best direction, whether it is NE 30/45/60, NW 300/315/330 or SW 210/225/240. Thank you.
  3. Dear Cecil, Please kindly advise on a land that is inauspicious in shape...trapezoid with the front and back that are parallel but the frontage is wider than the back. Is there any cure?If yes, what are they? Thank you.
  4. Dear Cecil, I am thinking of buying a house with a tall water tank of the residential estate behind. Is this a water feature that acts like a river/sea/pond which will be inauspicious if located at the back of the house? Please kindly advise. Thank you
  5. Dear Cecil, Please kindly solve my confusion regarding the magnetic north and true north. What is the magnetic variation between this two? It's easy to determine the facing direction of a completed house from compass reading but it is hard to do so if a house is still on planning stage' i.e if a house has to be purchased from developer who normally displays the geographical north on the site/location plan. What is the compass reading (in terms of degrees) of a house that is facing the true or geographical north in Malaysia (K.L)? Thank you for your precious time. Best regards, Meei-Jinn
  6. Dear Cecil, I've come across a website which states that the front door of a house does not necessarily indicate the facing direction of a house. It is the busiest or most attractive part of the house which indicates the direction. Do you agree with this? If yes, please confirm my doubts on a house which has a northwest facing front door and main gate. This house is located on a hill slope with the rear at a slightly higher level. The living area is located at the west and southwest sectors (i.e at the front) of the house. The front faces a small park with few parking lots and another row of terrace houses further ahead. There is a small road behind the backyard. Further from this small road, there is a higher-level main accessible road for the residence of this housing estate. So, is this house southeast facing (i.e. Eastern type of house) rather than northwest facing (western type of house)? Is this house inauspicious because of the higher level road?
  7. Dear Cecil, Why do we have to consider the period every 20 years? Does it mean that the auspicious direction and sectors of a house will change after a period of 20 years? How about the eastern and western type of house? Will the auspicious direction for each type alters after 20 years?
  8. Dear Cecil, Please the confirm the facing direction of this house. The gate and front door are facing the north but the latter is located at the northeast sector of the house. So, is this a Eastern or Western type of house. Thanks for the advice.
  9. I'm glad to learn about your service. I'm interested on buying a 3-storey north-facing house (No.88) but my husband, son and I are all in the western group of people (BAKUA NO. 2, 8, 8 RESPECTIVELY). The master bedroom is on the north side of the house with the door facing the center and south but the bed can be placed on the west with the pillow leaning against the west wall. The house is located on a terrain sloping gradually upwards towards the north and and the west. Since this house falls under the eastern group, does it mean that we should not purchase the house? Is there anything we could do to counteract this? Thanks for the prompt reply.
  10. Dear Cecil, I've found my dream house with the right environment, facilities, house design and space/size after the long search. However, this house, with both the gate and front door suppose to face north, falls under the eastern group. The house is still under construction and will be completed in Sept 2004. My husband (DOB: 14 Nov 1962, 730pm), my son (05 Oct 2001, 930am) and I (13 Nov 1966, between 3-5am) are the western group of people. Does it mean that the house cannot be purchased as it will be unsuitable for us? Is there any solution if we were to purchase it? Please kindly advise at your earliest convenience as the house is on the market now. Thank you for replying my doubts.
