Dear Master Lee, Thank you for your wonderful website. I have 2 questions. I now have mountain 8 water 8 and time 1 in my facing . There is a deck ,stairs then a small pond right out the front door. Is this bad for the mountain 8? There is a small waterfall as well facing the doors. I plan to put a brick patio between the stairs and the pond. Second I have to paint 3 areas and am not sure what the best color would be. The back stairs are mountain 9 water 7 time 2 . The front stairs are mountain 7 water 9 time 9, and the center hallway is mountain 6 water 1 time 8. Awaiting your advice . Thanks again Fran

I went nuts with this same issue my house being 1903 ! I never really figured it out, but when I renovated my kitchen I felt the whole energy change. I basically had the rear of the house (where things were really congested before) totally opened up where most of the back wall was gone and the floor of more than 1/3 of the first floor was removed to the joists . This was like that for several days.I hadn't even thought about it til later, but now I used period 8 and also changed facing direction to west from east because it is so much more open to the air and sun in the east now. So read the various methods on when to change but don't discount your intuition also !

Dear Masters, I want to thank you for your most helpful website. I have learned a lot from it. I am still struggling with the "big picture" as they say. Here's the situation..my main door (2mountain 7water 6earth) is in my death direction. I have 9mountain 5water 8earth in the north , my prosperity direction.The west(irritation) has the good 8water and 3mountain 5earth.The southwest section of the house is cut away so does not really exist. I am a single Mom suppporting whole house.My questions are 1)the main door being bad and the SW (an area I read in associated with the female head of house) missing..is there any way to be able to thrive here? 2)Since we are in construction period 8 now my west(sitting) should be lucky? Is it good to activate the water or facing star in the sitting quadrant of the house?If I do and this is my irritation area is that bad? 3)Am I in for a one year relationship"lock"? 4) My prosperity section has 9mountain 5water and 8 earth..do I stay away due to the 5 ? How do you enhance the 8 and not the 5 in areas with both ? (I have 2 such areas)4) My bedroom has 6m 2w 2e but is in my excellent area. I am so confused that I am suicidal. I am a 4 wood person also .My front door faces East but is on the northern end of the East facing wall and the vestibule and stairs to 2nd floor are all in the northeast corner. As this is my death and destruction corner and also contains unfavorable flying stars here what should I do? Move? Use a different door ? ( I have a west and a northwest door available. Install a metal chime? For the most part the rest of the house is OK. Thank you Fran

I have read Eva Wongs book ,and am now am still really confused. I have a house ,permit obtained for construction 1903. I don't know if it was habitable til 1904 (probably) and there may not be transfer of ownership records for first occupants because it was same person as builder. So not sure of time star. This could be a moot question however since I replaced roof down to rafters this year. However it is 3 stories and sun did not really shine on any floors except small part of 3rd(attic) that is not "finished".I have painted most of the ceiling too.But not all.I need serious advice as things have been horrendous since living here.House faces straight east (mao) sits west (yu). I am a 4 wood. thanks
