[House on Lake]

I have purchased a house on a large lake. Across the lake are mountains, also there is a mountain in front of the house. The street in front of the house is curved and is very close to the house. Should I have any concerns?
Also, we have moved our business to a larger suite in the same building we have been in for 18 years. The previous two business occupants in the new suite filed bankruptcy. Any suggestion?

[My desk with back to a solid wall]

I have a very large office with only two solid walls and two walls of windows. If I place my desk with my back to a solid wall I will be facing away from the door. Any suggestions?
