Dear Master Cecil Lee
A big thank you so much for your advise. I'm very much please of your reply and it was so fast. May I add a follow up question to your answer. I just plot up a flying star chart and found out that the double 8 sector is at the back of my house (house face 4 degree North), and also one of the toilets is partially located here. Any advice on this please? My house has a small hill at the back and front is gently sloping down to road. TQ

Dear Robert / Cecil
I plan to do some renovations to my new house next year(2009) and definitely will touch on the entrance at North sector( Star 5)andDining/ garden at Eastsector(San Sar)which are not adviseable for 2009. Is that ok since the new house is empty and we are not staying there yet?. Some of fengshuifriends so ok some say no no. Pls advise . thank you.

Dear Master Cecil Lee,
I intend to move in a new house soon but I will have to face the problem of having to disturb the above positions (S & SW) if I have to install my kitchen cabinets and put a fencing wall at the back.
What remedy should i do if i really have no choice but to carry out the minor renovations ? Or alternately I've to delay moving to the new house by next year ?
Please appreciate you could kindly give some advices.
TQ

Dear Teck Choon,
Since your home will be
completed in March 2004, it
should be considered as a
Period 8 house.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

Dear Master Robert/ Cecil Lee
What are the procedures to be considered as a formal moving into a new house ?
1)The familyhas to formally staying for overnight?
2) All beds & furnitures have to be shifted in first? or the Altar (God) has to be shifted and lights up?
Pls advise which has to be come first.
