  1. Mr. Lee, It is a very popular style for the bed head board to be in the form of a half circle or "hill" I call it. It is low on the sides and rises up in the middle. After the fact, I read in one of the books that it is bad to have a head board in the shape that resembles the chinese coffin. Is this true and can any remedy be applied? Please, help with your advice. Thanks, Elena.

This belongs to paid services such as Auspicious Date analysis or as a value added services for Full Audit services:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/products/po-dates/po-dates.htm Dear Sir: We are moving to a new house this weekend-April 16-April 17. Is auspicious date good for both me and my husband, or we need to pick the date that is good for the breadwinner? He is a strong fire and I am a weak metal. Please, let me know if the date is supposed tobe good to a breadwinner or it should be auspicious in general? Which date is better: April 16 or April 17? Thank you for your help, Elena.
  3. Dear Sir: I am confused a little. We are considering buying a home. All the houses are located on a slope. The slope is not steep. From other books, I read that you do not want to have a house at the end of the slope because of the negative chi would be "sloping" into your house. The higher houses have the advantage to attract good chi. In some of your articles I read that the wealth "slopes" from the higher positioned house to the house at the bottom of the hill. Please, help me to clarify the confusion. Is it better to have a house at the top of the slope, in the middle or at the bottom of it if the houses all in a row? And what to do to prevent the wealth "sloping" to another house. Thank you, Lena.
  4. Dear Sir: I found out that all sewer lines in the house(single story for one family)come to the main connection that comes out of the house. That main connection is under the master bedroom. I am trying to move the bed in a different spot in a bedroom, but no matter how I move the bed, the part of it is above that sewer line. Some theories have a warning about the bed being above the sewer lines. These lines are small and made for one house. How does the Feng Shuiviews the situation? Is it considered to be a minor or a major problem from your point of view? Thank you, Elena.
  5. Dear Sir: Is there any remedy for the house with the Double Facing position? I know thatthe human energy is disturbed in the case of Double Facing position (the Mountain Star is the same as the Water Star and the number of the Period). What can I do to correct the improper position of the Mountain Star? Thank all your help, Elena.
  6. Dear Sir: Please, help me with your advice. Is swimming pool (in the back yard-facing direction)with the water fountain good in the wealth sector? Some Feng Shui consultants say that the pool should not be in the middle of the house, but my Water Star 8 is in the NW(wealth sector)is in the middle. Also, you mentioned in previous articles that western location is not good for the pool. Please, let me know if it would be a good idea to install pool in NW .Do I need to install additional curesin the western direction? With respect, Elena.
  7. Dear Sir: I found the article that mentioned that the best month to start building a house would be the Earth months. For example, August 23-September 22, April 19-May 20. The article warns about building a house during the Water periods. Please, comment on this statement. With respect, Elena.
  8. Dear Sir: Thank you for your help.I am having a difficulty in finding the facing direction for the house. The front door and the garage door face North and the road. The front of the house has a garage and the bedroom. Most of my windows are on the back. Living room, play room and the dining room are towards the back on the south side. It seems to me that the facing direction is South if more energy are on the back. Do the front door and the garage door outweight the windows and the active areas when we determine the facing direction or it isincorrect? Please, help me to find the proper facing direction because I have a Double Facing Star Chart or the Double Sitting Star Chart depending on the facing direction. Therefore, I do not know if I need to apply cure for the back or for the front of the house. Please, let me know if I have a KAN house (sitting N1, facing S1)or LI house (Period 8) (sitting S1, facing N1). With respect, Elena.
  9. Dear Sir: You probably noticed with all my posts that I am looking for the new house. Iam trying to take into consideration a lot of factors in order to avaluate futute residence. You have been a great help! One of the lots that I found has a slight slope from North to South(North is higher than South). The whole addition with 500 houses slopes from North to South .Therefore all the lots are the same as far as having the slope and I wish I had a choice of a slope. I know it is not a good situation. The lot that I picked is at the bottom of a whole addition. It is at the lowest point considering the whole addition. Therefore, the water would drain from the front of the house to the back. I was considering to change a landscape and tolevel the lot up and install the drainage on the sides and like you suggested I would cover the drainage. There is a big drainage line behind the house but the fence would be in front of it.So you would not be able to see it. The interesting thing is that behind the big drainage there is a big hill to protect the back of the house. Is the hill going to help the situation? Please let me know what you think about the whole situation. Can the problem be corrected by putting extra dirt and leveling it up with covered drainage on the sides. Is anything else I can do? Some practioners suggest to put some stones/bolders on the back yard to prevent the energy escape. Please let me know what effect the residence can have if the house is at the botom of the big slope as far as the whole addition concern. And as I mentioned before, behind there is a big drain and a big hill behind the drain. I appreciate your help very much, Elena.
  10. Dear Sir: We found a good house with the swimming pool on the back. The pool does not "overpower" the house and has a "kidney" shape, which is really good. South is the location of the swimming pool. South is the area of Fire. Pool represents the water. I think there is a conflict here. Please, let me know if I can fix it or if I need to look for another house. With respect, Elena.
  11. Dear Sir: I have a question about the coner lot for the house. The street makes a left turn (90- degree ) from North to South. We are thinking about buying a lot for the future house on the coner where the street makes a left turn. I did the evaluation of the lot and the future house plan. What does the Feng Shui say about the coner lots? I know it is not a good idea to have a street running to your house or the house built at the end of the street, but I do not know anything negative about coner lots. Please, help me to find some information regarding this situation. Best regards, Elena.
  12. Dear Sir: I have read several books about Feng Shui. I read that it is not a good idea to have a kitchen in the center of the house, especially stove. I found a brand new house with the kitchen in the middle. Do you think I need to look for another house or there is a cure for this situation? With respect, Elena.
