[Weak or Strong Water?]

I am a yin water born in spring where water is weak... However, the Bazi Report shown that i am a strong yin water. I am confuse.

I have not have a smooth careerfor the last five year. I am thinking of changing job in the next few months. Need advise badly on which industry i should work in. Ido not have wealth deities in my chart ( no wealth element). What must i do to increase my wealth and have a smooth career.?Should i go intofire industry or involved in wood industry career where wood produce fire.

In my Ba Zi report , it recommends earth industry asmy second career choice. Isn't earth a double edge sword here?

My house is facing south (S2)and i am thinking of renovating/ extend the back of my house to have a bigger kitchen.

My neighbour told me, the back of my house is Grand Duke conflict area, is it true? Should i renovate my house?

Does that mean that it does not help for the person to work in the wealth element career when that person does not have wealth luck to enjoy in the first place ( i.e. no wealth element in the bazi chart )?

Or should he/she work in the wealth element career to improve their wealth luck?
