I just purchased a townhome. It is going to be build in Jan. In the floorplan, there is a toilet above the entrance. And it is on North. I know it is a bad feng shui but is there remedy or cure for that? Should I cancel purchasing the townhome?

I signed a contract to purchase a townhouse. There is a toilet upstairs right above the entry way. The house is being built right now. Is there a cure or remedy so that I won't get bad luck? Should I cancel the contract?
