Dear R. and C. Lee: Thanks for you excellent inputs. Regarding business, my home office could have a metallic framed desk, with glass top and shelves. Is this a negative point, when compared to wood desks. In addition, the sector for my office will require metal, plants and a chiming clock to neutralize the annual #5. I thought a metallic desk frame could help and look good. Can you give me your advise? Thanks.

Dear Masters Lee: Another sign of my lack of exposure is evident by my ignorance to evaluate the power of a malignant Star vs. the cure we apply. In brief, Wu lu or calabashes in different locations to reverse #2 Star, and a 6 rod chime...are they effectivc to neutralize the sha chi from this Star?. Or a chiming clock, water fountain, salt and other metal protective items that are advertised on the web for #5Star. How powerful can we expect these cures to be?. I know that one's personal Ba Ziand Four Pillars help or worsen the effect of these stars accordingly. Any comments would be appreciated. J. Seco.

Dear Cecil: Almost ready to move in March to our new home. The house is a Mountain/Water Fortunate pattern, # 8 cycle. It also shows a Water count of 10. I have recently read information stating that a count of 10 neutralizes or reverses the # 2 and 5 Stars ill effects. However it may be, my home office is planned to sit NW, where the annual # 5 will be residing (the 25 year resident star is 9 in that location, M 4 and W 1). Do I try to cure # 5 in this location?. Or I go along with the count of 10 as the main cure for this star? I'd appreciate to know about your experience and opinion about this. J. Seco

Dear master Lee: For our Kuas 8 and 7, we plan to place our bed (headboard) against the West NW wall of our bedroom. Recent discussion with aBlack hat "foo" shui advocate, I was told of all the omens to come, because our bed would not be against the East wall (meaning the opposite direction recommended for our Kuas) so that it could be opposite to the wall where the bedroom door is (West)This she called the "commanding" position of the bed.She also pointed that my Kua, and Starsin that sectorwere not as important.... Well, did that discussion make me wonder!?. I stick to classical Fengshui, but have you found any validity in these "contradicting" and confusing opinions?. Thanks again

Our house will have a NE1 direction (Kua 8 and 7). It belongs to the #8 Cycle. Its front door faces also NE1. The 20 year cycle Stars in that sector are m2 T2 w8. There is a beautiful rose plant on one side of the path to the door. Due to #2 presence, a calabash (brass coated), and 6 to 12 rod chyme will be place at the entrance for cure of #2. My question, after reading a recent question in the forum, is about what to do with the rose bushes?. Could the thorns magnify the ill effects of #2?. What about if I cut the thorns, one by one?. Moving into a T8 NE house (facing first Mountain) and with a front door facing the same way and in the NE of the House. My gua is 8. The house has been blessed with a W8 Star in sector NE, a T8 presiding the central Palace, and a M8 in the sitting SW sector. A Wang Shan Wang Shui sequence. However this may be, T2 sits in the NE palace (for 2004 - 24), and Stars 5 and 2 are the M and W Stars in the central Palace. How harmful are the consequences from these Stars?. Are chimes and metal waterfalls sufficient to cool down or "kill" these earth Stars? Appreciate your input. Thanks.

Dear Masters R. and C. Lee: This is another question to the forum, if feasible. Gua 8 moving into a Kun house facing NE (first mountain). The front door open NE. This opens into a hall that has a straight staircase, not fully facing the front door,with a landing partitionperpendicular towards the side of the stairs and alsoperpendicular to the front door. The staircase goes up with another landing completing a C shape to the second floor. Chi has room to circulate prior to facing either the right or left limbs of the parted stairs. Do I have any unprotected danger in this setting?. Thanks

To master R. and C. Lee and Forum members. I am happy and puzzled about my new house. My Gua 8 for an 8 cyclehousefacing NE (first Mountain). The front door faces NE and is also in the NE palace. The T Star for NE is 2 with M2 and W8. The house by sitting and direction is superb, it has W8 at the entrance and M8 in the sitting sector. But how do I deal with the Star group affecting my entrance? How can I weaken the harmful chi from 2 without weakening W8?. Or the presiding 8 Star is strong enough?. Thanks

Moving into a 7 cycle house (built in 1995). The house will be empty, prior to our move for 4 to 6 months. A new roof, new floors, new paint, and changes in the staircase shape will be made, as well as new appliances and partially new kitchen. My gua is 8 and my wife 7. I consider the house will be an 8, assuming all the changes being made, am I correct?. The door is in the NE sector, but faces only 18 to 20 degrees N. In spite of this, I went for the deal. Excellent "chi" sensed in place. Apreciate any opinions. Thanks.
